Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peanut butter, chunky or plain
    2 c. finely crushed graham crackers
    1 tsp. vanilla
    16 oz. (1 box) confectioners sugar
    1 c. butter
    16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate squares
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Add crumbs, vanilla, sugar and mix.
    Stir in peanut butter.
    Shape into small balls.
    Refrigerate 1 hour or until hard.
    Melt chocolate.
    Dip each ball in chocolate.
    Place on foil or waxed paper.
    Refrigerate again or freeze.
