Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    5 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. sugar or honey
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients together.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover and refrigerate 8 to 12 hours, turning at least twice.
