Mushroom And Brown Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. brown rice
    1 (4 oz.) can undrained mushrooms
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion and garlic in margarine until tender.
    Add rest of ingredients to saucepan or skillet.
    Bring to a boil, stirring.
    Cover and cook 50 minutes without stirring until water is absorbed.
