Seafood Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
    1/2 lb. crab meat
    1/2 lb. lobster
    1/2 lb. sole
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. grated cheese (sharp Cheddar)
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut seafood into bite size pieces; arrange them in a baking dish.
    Mix butter and flour over low heat; stir in milk and grated cheese.
    When slightly thickened, add wine.
    Pour sauce over seafood; top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until browned.
    Serve over plain white rice.
