Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 c. mashed bananas
    2 Tbsp. orange peels
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
    In a medium bowl, beat sugar, oleo and egg until smooth. Add bananas, peels and milk; mix well.
    Add flour mixture; beat until smooth.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour in 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan; bake 1 hour.
    Let cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
