Nancy'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 c. peeled and diced apples (fresh)
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix together salad oil, sugar and eggs.
Add vanilla; mix well.
Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix flour mixture slowly into egg mixture.
Mix all together well with wooden spoon.
Fold in peeled, diced apples.
Bake in 10 x 14-inch cake pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
Dust with powdered sugar or frost as desired.
