Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Add yeast to warm (110\u00b0) water in medium size bowl.
    Let stand a few minutes. Stir to dissolve.
    Mix in half the flour, salt and oil.
    Beat until smooth.
    Mix or knead in remaining flour. Cover and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
    Divide into 2 parts. Dip fingers into oil and pat out each half of dough onto greased baking sheet, making 11-inch rounds.
    Make edges thicker and brush with oil. Use favorite pizza sauce and toppings. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
