Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked
1 c. sour cream
2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 small can Ortega chilies
1 lb. cheese (Jack/Cheddar)
15 corn tortillas
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients, except tortillas and cheese. Dip tortillas in hot oil until soft.
Fill with chicken mixture. Roll and top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
