Mushroom Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. water
1 egg
1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. minced onion
bread crumbs or crumbled bread
Preparation

Mix together the beef, onion and egg.
Combine soup and water. Add 4 tablespoons soup to beef mixture (save rest of soup for later).
Add enough bread crumbs so meat will hold together.
Form into balls; brown in small amount of oil on both sides.
Pour off grease.
Put rest of soup on top of meatballs and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
