Peggy Mcconnell'S Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    about 22 saltine crackers, crushed
    2 eggs
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper (optional)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    medium bay leaf, crushed
    good dash of thyme and marjoram
    ketchup for topping
Preparation
    Combine everything and pat into dish or loaf pan.
    Score with a spoon handle and fill score marks with ketchup.
