Molded Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. apple juice
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large unpeeled apple, finely chopped
    1/2 c. finely diced celery
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. cheese sauce
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over water.
    Heat slowly until gelatin is dissolved, stirring constantly.
    Add apple juice and chill until syrupy.
    Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into a 1 quart mold.
    Chill until set.
