1 pkg. mincemeat
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. soda
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. water
3/4 c. oleo
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Stew mincemeat and water until thick. Cream sugar and shortening (melted and cooled). Add egg and salt. Dissolve the soda and put in mincemeat mixture. Add baking powder and flour. Drop on buttered baking sheet by teaspoon. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes.
