Ione'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 c. shredded carrots

Preparation

Mix up and cook 2 hours at 300\u00b0. Cook in a tube pan.
