No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 dashes of salt
    1 lb. (2 c.) lard
    1 egg, beaten in 1 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat egg in 1-cup measuring cup.
    Add milk to make 1 cup.
    Mix dry ingredients with lard, then add egg and milk.
    Use hands to mix more.
    Makes 3 double crust, 10-inch pies and 1 single.
    Can be refrigerated.
