Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 boneless chicken breast halves
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix flour, pepper and salt in plastic bag.
    Coat chicken with mixture; reserve remaining flour.
    In skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat.
    Brown chicken 5 minutes.
    Add remaining oil.
    Turn chicken brown 5 minutes.
    Remove and set aside.
