Mom'S Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 tsp. vinegar
    3 eggs, beaten
    5 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine thoroughly. Mix all other ingredients well. Add to sugar and margarine mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes; then bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
