Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle more corn flakes on top and pour an additional 1/4 cup butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes, until top begins to brown.
