Salsa Ala Carbonara(Egg And Bacon Sauce Over Pasta) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices lean bacon, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 1/2 c. whipping cream, at room temperature
    fettucini noodles
Preparation
    Fry bacon in oil until crisp; drain.
    Beat eggs with salt and pepper; add cream and cheese.
    Cook pasta in salted, boiling water. Drain.
    Preheat saucepan; add noodles.
    Pour in egg and cream mixture; toss to coat.
    Add bacon.
    Continue to toss until mixture thickens.
    Top with green onion or parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
