Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Pillsbury hot roll mix
    3/4 c. hot water
    pepperoni
    8 oz. pkg. Mozzarella
Preparation
    Melt yeast in hot water.
    Add rest of box.
    Mix and roll out to pizza size.
    Slice pepperoni and layer slices with slices of Mozzarella and spread on dough.
    Roll and shape like horseshoe. Brush with beaten egg yolk.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0 and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
