Vi'S Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 c. onions
    2 carrots
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. hot water
    3 Tbsp. sugar or 12 packets Equal
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    pinch of pepper
Preparation
    Shred cabbage.
    Combine ingredients; mix well.
    Add cabbage; marinate 3 to 4 hours.
