Homemade Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round
    1 tsp. coarse pepper
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. Morton Quick curing salt
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 fresh jalapeno (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and put in the refrigerator overnight. Shape into 2 rolls. Put on rack and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Turn over and bake another 45 minutes.
