Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 squash (yellow)
    1 medium onion, diced
    water
    saltine cracker crumbs
    butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and cut up yellow squash and onion; steam in tiny amount of water until just wilted.
    Put in bowl and mash up.
    Add melted butter and a beaten egg or two.
    Mix and season well; pour into a greased baking dish.
    Top with buttered saltine cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned.
    Increase according to family size.
