Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 whole boiled potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 small chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil potatoes in skins until tender.
Cool and peel potatoes. Slice them crossways into circles and place in large Corning Ware dish.
Mix all other ingredients together and spread over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
During last 5 minutes, can add Durkee French fried onion rings to top.
