Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 oz. red food coloring
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar, add eggs and beat until fluffy.
Make a paste of lemon juice and cocoa, add to flour.
Add flour mixture alternately with milk.
Add vanilla and coloring. Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
