Chinese Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken in cubes (4 c.)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 oz. evaporated milk
    1 small can water chestnuts
    1 large can Chinese noodles
    bamboo shoots and fresh mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Drain water chestnuts and bamboo shoots.
    Fold all ingredients together.
    Pour in baking dish and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
