Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 zucchini, diced and seeded
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
3/4 c. medium cream
1 small onion, diced
pepper to taste
Preparation

Process all ingredients in blender or food processor. Refrigerate.
Make ahead to enhance flavor.
Cucumber may be substituted for zucchini.
Serves 4.
