Orange Walnut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large navel orange
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cut orange into quarters, removing white pith in center.
Chop fine in blender.
Combine orange, sugar and corn syrup in saucepan.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat and stir in butter. Cool slightly and mix in eggs.
Add walnuts and cinnamon and mix well.
Turn into pie shell and place pan on baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, until puffed up and firm.
Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
