Beer Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    5 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. dried minced onions
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    dash of garlic powder (optional)
    8 oz. beer
Preparation
    Cut the Velveeta and Cheddar into small chunks and place in food processor.
    Let come to room temperature.
    Add all other ingredients except the beer.
    Start processor and slowly add the beer.
    Process until mixture is smooth.
    Let set overnight in refrigerator or until the dried onions absorb the liquid in the mix.
    Serve as a dip with crackers or any raw vegetable.
