Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 pt. tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1 c. sliced ripe olives (optional)
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Brown meat in olive oil.
    Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is transparent.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, basil, oregano, pepper and bay leaf.
    Cover and simmer one hour.
    Stir in olives.
