Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked squash
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper
    1 stick butter
    2 c. cornbread stuffing
Preparation
    Mix squash, onion, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper; stir well.
    Set aside.
    Melt butter; stir in stuffing.
    Place half of stuffing in a buttered casserole dish.
    Add the squash.
    Top squash with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes until lightly browned.
