Stuffed Artichokes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium artichokes
4 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. dried basil
2 Tbsp. fresh, chopped parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
4 Tbsp. olive oil
4 slices lemon
Preparation

Prepare artichokes for cooking following basic direction. Drain water from artichokes.
Individually, hold each artichoke firmly in your hand and bang it upside down on a firm surface such as a countertop.
This causes the leaves to separate and the stuffing will be able to get down between the rows of leaves.
Bend and snap off the small bottom leaves and any outer leaves.
