French Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    unbaked pie shell
    7 c. sliced apples
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine apples, sugar and cinnamon.
    Turn into pie shell.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with topping (recipe follows).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are tender.
