Never Fail Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 small jar (5 1/2 to 7 oz.) marshmallow cream
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cook sugar, milk and margarine.
    Bring to a boil and time for 15 minutes.
    Turn off heat.
    Add chocolate chips until melted; beat for about 15 minutes.
    Add marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts.
    Beat for 10 minutes more.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9- inch pan.
    Let cool and cut.
    Yields 4 pounds.
