Swiss Cheese And Prosciutto Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper
    8 slices Prosciutto ham
    Vienna bread, unsliced and fresh
    olive oil
Preparation
    In a food processor, combine Swiss cheese, egg yolk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and cayenne pepper until thoroughly mixed.
    Remove top and bottom crust of bread (leave side crust); then slice bread horizontally 2 times leaving three horizontal slices.
    On the bottom slice, spread 1/2 of cheese mixture; then top with 4 slices of Prosciutto.
    Place middle bread layer on top and repeat with remaining cheese and Prosciutto.
    Top with last bread slice.
