Seven-Minute Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7/8 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cold water
1 egg white, unbeaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. flavoring
Preparation

Place all ingredients except the flavoring in the top of double boiler.
Beat while cooking 7 minutes after the water boils.
Beat all the time.
Remove from stove and add the flavoring.
Beat until thick enough to spread.
The frosting should not be hot when put on cake.
