Chinese Beef And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 envelope brown gravy mix (French's)
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1 pkg. frozen French-style green beans, thawed
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Slice steak diagonally into thin strips. Combine contents of gravy mix envelope, soy sauce, sugar and ginger. Pour over meat; toss lightly. Heat half of oil in large skillet. Add beans. Cook and stir 5 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add steak. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add beans and water. Cook, stirring until heated. Serve over hot rice. Yields 4 servings.
