Potatoes In Dill Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 potatoes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 to 1 c. half and half or whipping cream
    fresh chopped dill
    black pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut in medium size pieces.
    Cook in just enough salted boiling water to cover.
    When potatoes are almost cooked, add flour which has been dissolved in half and half or cream.
    Cook to thicken sauce, stirring occasionally.
    Add dill. If sauce is too thick, add additional cream and continue to stir until desired consistency.
    May add pepper to taste, if desired.
