Cheese Biscuit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cheese
    3/4 c. Crisco
    4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    cayenne pepper (dash)
Preparation
    Grate cheese; cream and add Crisco.
    Mix well; add dry ingredients to flour and mix by sifting well.
    Roll dough very thin; cut in small biscuits.
    Bake slowly to a light brown, or until done, not too brown, 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    It makes about 125 biscuits.
