Plum Jelly(Sure-Jell Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. plum juice
    8 1/4 c. (4 lb.) sugar
    1 (1.75 oz.) box Sure-Jell
Preparation
    Combine plum juice and Sure-Jell in a large thick pot.
    Cook to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
    Quickly add sugar. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Skim bubbles off the top with a large spoon.
    Ladle into hot jars.
    Seal and let cool.
    Yields 9 cups of jelly!
