Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water (110~)
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. hamburger (extra lean)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 can mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups flour, yeast and 1 teaspoon salt. Add water and cooking oil.
    Beat at low speed of electric mixer for 1/2 minute, scraping bowl. Beat 3 minutes at high speed. By hand, stir in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
    On floured surface, knead until smooth.
    Place in greased bowl. Turn once to grease top. Cover and let rise until double (1 hour).
