No-Knead Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. scalded milk
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg
    3 c. flour
    melted shortening
Preparation
    Blend milk, 3 tablespoons shortening, sugar and milk. Cool to lukewarm by adding water. Add yeast and mix well. Add egg, then flour; mix until well blended. Place in bowl and brush with melted shortening. Let rise. Form into balls and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 25 minutes until brown. Easy and very tasty.
