Raisin Sauce For Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 3/4 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Boil raisins in water 5 minutes.
Add sugar mixed with cornstarch, spices, mustard and salt.
Cook, stirring, until thickened.
Stir in butter and vinegar.
Serve hot.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
