Noodle Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream or yogurt
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. honey
    few dashes salt
    2 medium sized cooking apples, sliced or 2 fresh ripe peaches, sliced
    4 c. (raw) wide, flat egg noodles, boiled in salted water until just barely tender, drained and buttered
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Dot with butter.
    Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes at 375\u00b0. Serves 6 to 8.
