Chilies Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. process American cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 (6 oz.) can Hunt's tomato paste
1 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
tortilla or corn chips
Preparation

In a saucepan melt cheese over low heat.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients except tortilla chips in a small bowl; stir into melted cheese.
Serve in fondue pot or chafing dish with tortilla chips.
Makes 1 quart.
