Rice Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 tsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. marjoram
    dash of pepper
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine rice (uncooked) with beef, egg, onion, salt, pepper, marjoram and 1/2 cup juice.
    Mix lightly.
    Shape mixture into balls (18).
    Brown in skillet.
    Add sugar to rest of juice.
    Pour over meat.
    Bring to boil for 15 minutes.
    Baste occasionally.
