Jyaudz(Meat Dumplings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. cabbage, diced
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1/2 oz. ginger, minced
    3 green onions, minced
    3 packs won ton wrappers or egg roll wrappers, cut in half
Preparation
    Salt meat to taste and mix with cabbage, sesame oil, green onions and ginger.
    Mix well.
    Place a teaspoon of mixture and place on wrappers.
    Fold and seal by moistening the edges with water.
    Have ready a large cooking pot, about 1/3 full of boiling water (with salt).
    Place about 20 meat dumplings into pot of boiling water.
    Continue boiling.
    Water will foam.
    When foam reaches top of pot, add 1/2 cup of cold water (repeat 3 times). Remove all dumplings from the water and repeat the cooking process until all have been cooked.
