Scottish Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 c. super fine sugar
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pat into round cake pan.
    Prick all over with a fork.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Cut in triangles while warm. Remove from pan when cool.
