Fluffy Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 to 3 large bananas
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mash bananas; set aside.
Sift together dry ingredients; set aside.
Mix Crisco, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Beat until creamy. Add buttermilk, flour mixture and bananas.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cake pulls away from side of pan.
