Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Crisco
    warm water
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Add Crisco; mix. Add a little water at a time until dough is medium (still sticky, but not wet).
    Let rise for 10 minutes. Dip dough in flour before rolling. Roll out very thin on floured surface about 6 to 8-inches in diameter. Cook on hot, flat surface until light brown.
