Crust For Fried Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Roll out size of saucer.
    Fill 1/2 with fruit mixture.
    Dot with butter or oleo.
    Fold over and crimp edges.
    Crust freezes well.
